1. How long will it take to get my order? TOP
As we are a small company most of our inventory is made as you order. We do, however, have some inventory premade and readily available. Your order should go out within 3-4 business days through the USPS. If you have a deadline it is best to allow 3 weeks to make sure it arrives on time. If you need UPS 2-3 day shipping that can be arranged. If you place a special order, depending on the complexity of your custom design, it can take anywhere from two weeks to four weeks to ship to you - but it will definitely be worth the wait. So make sure you allow plenty of time.
2.Is online shopping really secure? TOP
It is on our site! We use software that encrypts your private information. Your encrypted data is then sent to us through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol. This protocol is the industry standard for internet security. All information you send to us is private. We don't sell, trade or give it away to any outside sources.
3. What methods of payment do you accept? TOP
We cheerfully accept Visa and Master Card. We use software that encrypts all the information you send to us. We keep all the information you send to us private, and we don't sell it to anyone for any reason. Our security measures continue even after you've placed your order. We start by quickly removing your credit card information from the order documentation. We then process your credit card on a highly secure internal system, inaccessible via the Internet.
4.Can I get my order rushed to me? TOP
Rush orders may be available on regular stock items; contact us to determine if your choice is available right now. There is a rush fee of $10 plus any additional fee for overnight or two day air shipping.
Custom designed special orders will be produced quickly but are not available for rush delivery. If you would like to email us we can give you an idea of time frame on expected shipping of your special order item.
5.How do I take care of the garments I order? TOP
Our garments are handmade with love and care, and must be laundered the same way. Take off any removable pins or bows, pretreat if necessary, turn the garment inside out before washing. Wash in cool water on gentle cycle. We highly recommend using a laundry bag for ultimate protection of your special handmade items. Tumble dry for ONLY ten minutes on very low heat, then hang to dry completely.
6.What is your return policy? TOP
We want all of our customers to be 100% happy and satisfied. Unused items in original perfect condition may be returned, after email notification to babylovebynissi@comcast.net, for refund within two weeks. In the unimaginable event that any item must be returned due to a defect, the item will be replaced free of charge
7.What is your privacy policy? TOP
The information you give us is for our secure database and is not given out, sold or bargained for by anyone else for any reason whatsoever. The information is only used for our records, to better serve you.
